Ceramic sheath is mainly used to divide the thermometric element from outer circumstance and protect the element from corrosion, oxidation and damage in air, hydrogen, steam, inert gas, carbon monoxide or vacuum environment. Ceramic insulator is specilized in separating the different poles of the temperature measuring element in order to prevent the electrodes touching each other and causing a short circuit and make the measuring result accurate. After adequately sintering in kiln, phase transformation of Al2O3 and ZrO2 creates meticulous texture, and the exclusive formula makes ceramic sheath unyielding in high temperature. Ceramic porous insulating core is made of alumina material with good insulation. It mainly separates the different pole items of the temperature measuring element to avoid interference or contact short circuit between the two poles and make the temperature measuring accurate.
In usage, operator should insert the two poles of the temperature measuring element into different holes from the same direction, and then sheathe the insulating core with protective tube.
The size range of insulating tube`s outer diameter is from 1mm to 12mm. The insulating cores are varified are classified into single holes, double holes, four holes and porous holes cores. The minimum diameter of hole is 0.3mm and the maximum length is 2800mm. Please contact the service for detailed dimensions and performance.
